
Faith participated in PTBC 2025. William Angliss presented her with the Club Chef Award of Excellence in Pastry 2024. She started her pastry career at Reverie Café with renowned chef Pierrick Boyer, and she is currently perfecting her techniques at The Ganache Kitchen under chef Louis MK Lee. Faith is getting ready to demonstrate her creativity, sustainability, and tea-paired drinks in the June Dilmah Plated Dessert Competition, where she will demonstrate how to craft a dessert that will be remembered.
